| A Dutch native, Frieda has lived in southern Provence
since 1992, after 15 years in the US where she taught composition
at Brandeis University and later segued to the world of programming
educational computer games, with great success. Today she keeps
busy with designing web sites, guiding visitors to special places in
Provence and writing mystery novels (set in Provence), the first one
to be published in the Netherlands in the fall.
